Enrollment Process
Step 1: Initial phone discussion
We would love to learn more about your family and your desire's for your children's education. You can reach Marcia Turpin at 847-409-3313 to begin the discussion.
Step 2: Schedule a time to come in for a tour, see our facilities, and meet our leadership team.
Step 3: Schedule a half or full Shadow Day in which your child can join a studio for the day and experience the unique learning environment of OliveWood Academy. Request a shadow day here.
Step 4: If your family and the OliveWood Academy leadership team believes that our community would be a good fit for your family, we invite you to enroll for the upcoming school year.
Mid-year enrollment is a challenge for children and we recommend waiting until the start of our school year in August before beginning to attend. Exceptions to this recommendation can be made based on individual circumstances.
Tuition
Cost of tuition for Curiosity, Explorers, Discovery and Logic studios is $42 per day which is equivalent to $2,520 for our 30-week academic year. A non-refundable $150 curriculum fee is required per child, due at the time of registration.
Cost for our 2 day a week program for Launch (High School) is $1,260 for our 30-week academic year. A non-refundable $75 curriculum fee is required per child, due at the time of registration.
Laptops and headphones are required for all Discovery, Logic, and Launch Eagles, which are supplied by the family.
Tuition can be paid in full or in 10 monthly installments, with the first payment being due on August 1, 2024.
If a family has more than 2 children enrolled, a multi-child discount of 50% will be applied for those additional children.
