Financial Details

Curiosity, Explorers, Discovery, and Logic Studios: Cost of tuition is $46 per day which is equivalent to $2,760 for our 30-week academic year. A non-refundable $200 curriculum fee is required per child, due at the time of registration.  10% of tuition due by June 1, 2026. The remaining balance can be paid in 9 monthly installments starting August 1, 2026. Subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each month, with the final payment due April 1, 2027.

Launch Studio: Cost of tuition is $23 per day which is equivalent to $1,380 for our 30-week academic year. A non-refundable $200 curriculum fee is required per child, due at the time of registration.  10% of tuition due by June 1, 2026. Remaining balance can be paid in 9 monthly installments starting August 1, 2026. Subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each month, with the final payment due April 1, 2027.

If a family has more than 2 children enrolled, a multi-child discount of 50% will be applied for those additional children.

There is a 10% early registration discount for families that register before March 1st, 2026.

Understanding Your Enrollment Commitment

OliveWood offers payment plans to help families spread tuition across the year and plan with greater ease. Please note that the curriculum fee and first month’s tuition are non-refundable, as these costs are committed immediately for staffing, materials, and program preparation.

While we are glad to offer flexible payment schedules, enrollment represents a commitment to the full tuition amount for the academic year. Payment plans do not change the total cost of tuition; they simply divide the full balance into installments. Once a student is registered, families are responsible for the entire tuition, regardless of attendance duration or withdrawal.
